The LiteBox system is a lightweight modular aluminium box that TWO people can load, unload and assemble without the need for lifting equipment.
Few parts combined with easy assembly make the Trench Control LiteBox the most cost effective trench shoring system you can have. Easy transport (assembled or broken down in a van or trailer), no trucks or heavy machines required to transport, assemble or place in the ground.

Tech Spec
The LiteBox has been design to allow council and utility workers to install the system into a trench without the need for lifting equipment while ensuring the protection required for a safe excavation. Some of its main points are:
- Variable load rating from 20kPa to 50kPa
- Struts expand from 600-1800mm
- They can be stacked for deeper trenches
- Can be used inverted for small shafts
- Panels weights from 28kgs, a complete unit weight from 80kgs
- Sizes available 1mL x 1.2mH, 1.2mL x 1.2mH, 1.5mL x 1.2mH and 2.4mL x 1.2mH

- Access in Tight Areas - LiteBox can be man-handled to reach sites that cannot be accessed by machinery or cranes. This shield can be dismantled and carried into any area and reassembled and placed in the ground to make any excavation safe.
